Who is responsible
MicroGrind is the controller for the personal data collected on this waitlist.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- your email address
- your course, if you choose one: direito, saude or outro
- your university, if you type one
- the language of the page (pt or en)
- utm_source, when that parameter is in the address you opened
- the referring page (referrer), cut off at 500 characters
- the date and time you gave consent
- the date you signed up
Why we collect it
Only to keep the waitlist and to invite you when the app launches or the beta opens. We do not use it for marketing on behalf of other companies. We do not sell it.
Legal basis
Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare, in a D1 database kept in the European Union. Cloudflare is the processor.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after launch, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification or erasure, and you can withdraw consent. You can also complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority, at cnpd.pt.

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not use tracking tools. We do not set cookies beyond what is strictly necessary. None are set at the moment.
